Welcome Beer Vendors!
Please join us for our 13th annual Chillin ‘n Swillin Beer Festival on November 4, 2017. Click here to download the 2017 Beer Vendor Registration form. As always, vendor participation is free. We would like to assure you that we hold the necessary non-profit status under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the attending beer vendors and event attendees, we are proud to report that we were able to donate $32,625 to our local charities.
We will continue to offer a free room for both Friday and Saturday nights to our out of town vendors, but rooms are limited and will be assigned in the order that registration forms are received. Don’t wait, get signed up now!
Because this event is held on the grass at Rotary Community Park, no glass products can be distributed or sold, however, vendors will be allowed to pour from glass bottles if necessary.
To comply with Arizona State liquor laws, vendors may not consume alcohol while serving beer during the event. In addition, beer samples must only be poured in the tasting mugs we provide. No alcohol may leave the boundaries of the event, so glasses, growlers and bottles/cans may not be given out or sold, and vendors will again be collecting tickets from attendees as we realize our obligation to the state’s laws.
To ensure that all vendors hold proper liability insurance, we are asking that vendors provide us with a Certificate of Insurance naming Chillin ‘n Swillin, Inc. and the Chillin ‘n Swillin Beer Festival and its agents as additionally insured.
We realize that we cannot have a successful event without all of you, and we appreciate your generosity and efforts in getting to our event. We hope that you will share your products, enjoying live music and network with other beer enthusiasts, while at the same time, enjoying the beauty of Lake Havasu! We look forward to hearing from you.
